Tuscany Hills ~ Open for Sales
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:(Douglasville, GA) December 17, 2008 – It’s been a successful month following the Grand Opening Celebration of Douglas County’s newest upscale development, Tuscany Hills.
On November 18th and 19th, the developers of Tuscany Hills – Robert Sherman and Frank Koretsky – welcomed prospective buyers, real estate agents, party planners, media representatives and local dignitaries to a two-day salute to the Atlanta-area’s best kept residential secret.
With just 100 estate-size lots on 133 acres, Tuscany Hills is a secluded enclave where homeowners can build their dream home in a beautiful private riverfront community, with the Chattahoochee River on one side and Anneewakee Creek on the other. Sherman and Koretsky have relationships with builders and architects to help new-home buyers design their custom estate.
At both Grand Opening events, visitors were treated to a preview of Tuscan-style living with antipasto al fresco, a risotto station, caffe on the Terrazza, live music, limoncellos and sundown toasts by Tuscany Hills’ historic outdoor fireplace at Villa Toscana. Guests also toured the Clubhouse and the Tuscany Hills property, and saw complete developer’s plans. Everyone stated how impressed they were with festivities and the progress of the project – and called it a mini-Italian vacation!
Representatives from local banking institutions (including Douglas Bank) were present, as were Commissioner Mike Mulcare of Douglas County, Commissioner Bill Edwards of Fulton County, architects Jefferson Browne, Anthony Girtman and Boye Akinola, State Representative Tyrone Brooks, and many more local dignitaries, real estate agents and guests.
Despite a struggling economy and sagging real estate sales nationwide, Sherman believes the value, location and gated-community appeal of the Tuscany Hills lifestyle is attractive to many prospective homebuyers. Says Sherman: “Overall we had about 25 agents come by, and 175 guests attend the VIP preview. We have a handful of interested prospects and one lot under contract. We’re looking forward to strong sales growth in the new year.”
Developers are also marketing the site as the ideal locale for creative artists, photographers, and video production teams. With a forest and two rivers running though the majestic property, Tuscany Hills is perfect for print and video shoots.Says Koretsky: “We are inviting the city to come experience a different way of life, to see the beauty of our clubhouse. Villa Tuscana is perfect for special events. We would also like to invite the local creative community to expose the beauty of our land in Douglas County. It’s a unique venue for photoshoots and film projects.”
Come see why the development’s slogan is “Tuscany Hill’s – A Different Way of Life!” To inquire about customizable estate home sites or for more information on facility rental of Villa Toscana, please email info@tuscanyhillsga.com
