why is no one responding to these comments?, when will we see floor plan layouts and prices?

This is a "custom" home community, so you won't ever likely see floor plans layouts and such. From what I gather reading the site, you will choose a lot or a combination of lots, then you will meet/work with one of perhaps a list of approved architects that you choose to design your home plans to suit your needs, then one of either the developer or architect's list of approved builders will start the construction process. Something like that, but I suppose the architecture and construction company could be one and the same. There are no set price points---final price will vary greatly depending on architecht, builder, finishes, features, etc.; however, I think you can assume that you would be spending well above $500K, as the land alone is $125K per acre and I assume they have aesthetic mandates in place (or I hope they do). I do not know the developer's name, but Anneewakee Creek, LLC, named at the bottom of the site, may be the company. This is going to be an ultra-exclusive community. I wish I could afford it---I love Tuscany and I love this concept! I live close by, so for now, I'll just drive by and dream for the future.

this is for TASPAG. I LIVE UP NORTH AND I'M THINKING OF RELOCATING TO GA. I LOVE WHAT I'VE SEEN SO FAR FROM THE WEBSITE. YOU SAID THAT YOU LIVE IN THE AREA, WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT IT (I.E. WHAT YOU LIKE BEST, WHAT YOU DISLIKE)

Hi junaaamo I have lived in the area for 30 years. It used to be a very rural area, but is now growing. The land is absolutely gorgeous where they are building this neighborhood. It is definitely a place to look into if you desire a custom built home. What I think about the community is that it still has a small town feel with plenty to do. You would be close to restaurants, shopping, outdoor recreational parks, airport, and close to the city of Atlanta. If you have any other questions I would love to help.
